Dr. Sandi Gardner |
Dr. Sandi Gardner:
The third ideal of Phi Delta Kappa is LEADERSHIP.
Leadership is both learned and earned. It can be exercised at any level
of our education system. Among its attributes are the continuing pursuit
of professional growth, the capacity to view education in a broad perspective,
the ability to inspire others, the willingness to grapple with difficult
problems, the sensitivity to recognize the talents of one's colleagues,
and having a realistic assessment of what is, and a vision of what could
be. Do you pledge to uphold the ideal of LEADERSHIP and to guide your actions
in order to enhance your own leadership abilities?
|
||||||
If so please answer, "I do."
