Idea 4: Provide Webspace to our Members
We currently use only about 15% of our available website server space, and we might work out a system of letting members create their own pages in our site. We might need to have some pretty firm rules in place for this, but it's worth considering. We might also sponsor some professional development course(s) by providing webspace.
There are some potential problems that could be big if not carefully controlled—again, this would increase the workload for the webmaster. But if it might be an appropriate service to our members we might start thinking through what would be involved. Would you like to have a web page of your own within our website?
